Origin has won a contract to provide architectural design services and project management for a large detached property in Grantham, Lincolnshire. The project will be submitted to SKDC for planning at the end of 2012.
The project brief is to provide a loft conversion, rear extension and refurbishment for the whole of the house.
We are very excited about this project and will provide regular updates about this.
Front elevation of property
The house has built pre second world war in 1938. The front has muted art deco features around the ground floor windows and entrance.
The proposal will modernise the ground floor layout to become a more fashionable open plan arrangement. The proposal seeks to take advantage of the garden vista by providing a large expanse of glazing.
