Origin Design Studio has provided PCC Construction Services Ltd with the competitive edge in winning a loft conversion in Barton upon Humber. The project was a competitive tender with the client favouring design quality over cost, although the costs were comparable with other proposed schemes. Origin Design Studio prepared 3D visualisations and 2D drawings to help sell the design. The project is not the first loft conversion that has been Undertaken as a partnership between ODS and PCC. The combined skill set of architecture, engineering and construction enables a first class service in home improvements a recent focus of the two businesses.
The project will require planning because of a proposed roof lift and consultation on the project is to begin soon. The 3D visualisations below were part of an image set prepared in the bid to secure the contract.
