The transformation from former poultry farm to a modern family farm attraction in Lincolnshire was certainly a very rewarding one for us. We thoroughly enjoyed helping to create this family run business and despite there being a number of challenges, we managed to deliver the project on time to a very happy client!
We were involved with Shirley and Tim's project from the very beginning and as it was the first time they had undertaken such a large project, we were more than happy to guide them through their venture. Origin provided several architectural services including a master plan and scheme for the site, planning permission and building regulations. Further to this, a flood risk assessment was also required as the site is situated in a Flood Zone 3 and rapid inundation zone.
For an architect it is always very satisfying to see a project come together and for us to have helped Tattershall Farm Park to become such a popular, thriving attraction gives a real sense of achievement.
