Residential development for 7 properties
Partney, Spilsby
Situated in Partney, Spilsby, this project proposed the construction of 7 new residential dwellings on behalf of a regional developer. Strategically, the site was divided into two separate planning applications: one for 5 dwellings and another for 2. Gaining approval for both applications, Origin Design Studio proceeded with the Detailed Design and conducted subsequent on-site inspections throughout the construction process. Upon completion, we issued the architect's certificate, a widely recognized form of warranty.
Due to its prominent and central location within the village, the design was carefully developed to respect and reflect the surrounding architectural styles. The properties were intentionally designed to maintain a modest scale and stature, featuring dormer-style (1.5 storey) bungalows.
